摘要
自我决定论(SDT)是由美国心理学家德斯(E.Deci)和雷亚(R.Ryan)等在20世纪80年代提出的一种关于人类自我决定行为的动机过程理论,主要关注那些能够增强或减弱人们参与行为中内在动机的因素。当前的教学设计正在逐渐经历从认知主义向非认知主义的转向,情感与动机要素将在未来的教学设计中扮演更为重要的角色。本文以自我决定理论为立足点,对其三大核心概念(自主、胜任、归属)在当前教学设计中的指导意义进行了阐释。
Self-determination theory was human beings' cognitive motivation theory which is recently developed.The people engaged in the activity pursue three kinds of basic psycholony which needs i.e.,feeling of competence,autonomy and relatedness.Now teaching design turn form cognitivism to Non-cognitivism,hence,emotion and motivation will be paly a more important role in teaching design in future.Based on Self-determination theory,a framework of three elements (autonomy, competence,relatedness) is employed to analyze the teaching design.
