泪沟畸形矫正方法的临床探讨及疗效分析 被引量：6

摘要 泪沟畸形的出现,通常是眶区老化的首要征象.随着患者年龄的增长,颜面部骨性结构及轮廓趋于明显,眶区凹陷度增加,形成典型的老化面容[1].传统的手术方法只行睑袋整形术,将眶隔脂肪去除,而并未重视泪沟畸形的矫正,因此,疗效欠佳;也有部分年轻的患者出现泪沟畸形,但无其他眶区老化的征象.
