摘要
目的评价应用埋线填充法矫正泪沟凹陷的临床效果。方法将自2016年3月至2017年1月,首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院整形外科收治的55例泪沟凹陷患者作为研究对象,观察其应用埋线填充法矫正泪沟凹陷后的临床效果及并发症发生情况。结果本组共55例患者,其中52例对治疗效果满意,满意度为94.5%(52/55)。埋线后即刻有12例出现局部轻度淤青伴疼痛感,给予间断冰敷并配合口服云南白药48 h后缓解。1例在埋线部位出现血肿,给予加压包扎及间断冰敷3 d后缓解消退。门诊随访1周至9个月,无下睑不平整,切口感染和瘢痕形成,排异反应、移位、外露,神经损伤等并发症发生。结论应用埋线填充法矫正泪沟凹陷是一种安全有效的方法,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of embedded suture filling in the treatment of lacrimal groove depression.Methods From March 2016 to January 2017,55 patients with lacrimal groove depression admitted in our hospital were selected as study subjects to observe the clinical effect and complications of embedded suture filling in the treatment of lacrimal groove depression.Results Among all 55 patients,52 cases were satisfied with the clinical effect,and the satisfaction rate was 94.5%（52/55）.Twelve patients had local mild bruising with pain immediately after suture filling was embedded.Intermittent ice compress and oral administration of Yunnan Baiyao for 48 hours relieved the symptoms.Hematoma occurred in one patient at the site of the embedded suture,which regressed after pressure bandaging and intermittent ice compress for 3 days.The follow-up period ranged from 1 week to 9 months.No complications such as lower eyelid unevenness,wound infection,scar formation,wire rejection,transposing,exposure,or nerve damage occurred.Conclusion Application of embedded suture filling in the treatment of lacrimal groove depression was safe and effective.This procedure could be popularized in clinical practice.
