眼眶脂肪充填后局部组织改善情况分析

摘要 目的:总结眼眶脂肪充填后局部组织改善情况。方法:筛选BALB/c裸鼠60只,均选择雌性作为研究对象,将其分成A、B、C三组并且选择耳缺标记法进行分析,对三组眼眶脂肪充填后的局部组织改善进行对照。结果:研究结果显示,B组裸鼠的左侧脂肪移植后真皮厚度较C组明显增厚,C组裸鼠左侧脂肪移植后真皮厚度较各A组明显增厚(P<0.05);三组均进行脂肪移植,对比C组,A组、B组裸鼠微血管密度有明显增加(P<0.05)。结论:注射移植脂肪组织的填充作用明显,还能增厚真皮层,加大皮下组织新生血管的密度,进而改善皮肤质地。
