摘要
阐述一种EHF频段卫星通信上变频器的实现方案,采用一次变频方案将中频信号上变频至EHF频段射频信号。采用波导滤波器、微带-波导转换与平面电路部分一体化设计方案,实现了该模块的小型化。该设计方法能够广泛应用于卫星通信地球站的上行链路。
Describes a achievement to design a kind of minitype EHF-band up-converter, which converts S-band IF signal to EHF-i^and RF signal by once frequency conversion.The waveguild filter is ingrated into the structure of the Up-converter as well as the waveguide-to-microstrip transition and planar circuit. The design method can be used in up-link of satellite communications.
