摘要
介绍了一种新型的毫米波波导空间固态高功率合成放大器。该放大器中采用的波导功分/功合级联波导-石英探针空间功率合成网络,在毫米波频段实现了幅度、相位对称的16路功率分配/合成和波导-微带过渡转换,由此研制的毫米波高功率合成放大器,在34.2-35.2GHz范围内,合成效率高于87.2%,输出功率大于59.6 W,并在34.2-35GHz内高于60W,最大合成效率为92.1%。
This paper presents a waveguide-based solid state spatial power combining amplifier at millimeter-wave frequency.In this amplifier,a waveguide dividing/combining cascade connecting waveguidequartz probe spatial power dividing/combining network is adopted.A sixteen-way broadband low loss symmetrical power dividing/combining is achieved at millimeter-wave frequency with an easy manufacturing process and the convenience of integrating solid-state high power devices.The measured output power of this amplifier is more than 59.6 W with a power combining efficiency more than 87.2%in 34.2-35.2GHz;while in 34.2-35GHz,the output power is more than 60 Wand the maximum power combining efficiency is 92.1%.
