摘要
结合空间合成技术的发展,开展波导空间固态功率合成微组装工艺技术研究,突破和掌握了波导空间合成大功率组件的关键技术。经过试制功率样件验证,波导空间固态功率合成微组装工艺可行,并获得了良好的合成功率输出。
Integrated with the development of spatial power-combining, the microassembly techniques of solid state power-combining based on waveguide are studied with the key manufacturing techniques broken through and mastered. The power-combining sample validates that the microassembly techniques of spatial solid state power-combining based on waveguide are feasible, and the power-combining efficiency is excellent.
