摘要
目的研究迈之灵对精索静脉曲张的临床疗效及超声学变化。方法将80例医院收治的精索静脉曲张患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。两组均进行常规治疗,对照组给予己酮可可碱、十一酸睾酮胶丸、枸橼酸氯米芬和维生素E,治疗组在对照组基础上联合迈之灵,均连续用药2个月。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为87.50%,明显高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05);与对照组比较,精液数量及质量各项指标上升(P<0.05),静脉血管内径缩小、静脉血流改善、睾丸组织硬度改变面积缩小(P<0.05)。两组患者未见明显不良反应。结论迈之灵能有效缓解精索静脉曲张患者坠胀疼痛程度,改善精液数量及质量,改善精索静脉血管内径、静脉血流以及睾丸组织硬度,临床疗效显著,无明显不良反应;超声学研究可作为针对精索静脉曲张新的诊断依据及评估疗效指标。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and changes of ultrasonic in the treatment of Patients with varicocele by aescuven forte. Methods 80 cases of Patients in the hosPital with varicocele were randomly divided into the control grouP and the treatment grouP,40 cases in each grouP. Two grouPs were Performed routine treatment,the control grouP were given Ketone cocoa base,eleven testosterone,clomiPhene citrate and vitamin E;the treatment grouP were added with escuven forte on the basis of the control grouP. Two grouPs were continuously treated for 2 months. Results The total effective rate of the treatment grouP was 87. 50%,which was signifi-cantly higher than 70. 00% of the control grouP,the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ,the semen quantity and quality indicators increased （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ,the varicocele diameter reduced,the in venous flow imProved,and testicular tissue hardness change area reduced （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ,no obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two grouPs. Conclusion Aescuven forte can effectively relieve the Pain of the Patients with the varicocele,imProve the quantity and quality of the Patients＇ seminal fluid,vessel diameter,vein blood flow and testicular tissue hardness,with remarkable clinical curative effect and no obvious adverse reactions. Its ultra acoustic study can Pro-vide a new diagnostic basis and theraPeutic effect for varicocele.
