摘要
调研我院骨外科和消化内科药物利用情况。方法：数据来自我院电脑资源管理库,采用WHO推荐的处理方法。结果：分析了骨外科和消化内科80%～90%药物应用情况,并以DDDs进行比较。消化内科以还原型谷胱甘肽和奥美拉唑为主,骨外科以迈之灵、复方骨肽和抗菌药物为主。结论：不同的科室有其用药特点,定期进行药物利用调研对促进药物合理应用,特别是抗菌药物的合理应用意义重大。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the current drug utilization of patients from digestive department and orthopedic department in a general hospital.METHODS：The data were collected from computer system,using DDD system recommended by WHO.RESULTS：The utilization of drug was analyzed and presented as DDDs, Ten drugs occupied close to 87.17% of the total amount of drug consumed,among them, reduced glutathione and omeprazole were maximum in terms of DDDs in digestive department,and Aescuven forte and Compound Ossotide Injection were maximum in terms of cost and DDDs in orthropedic department.CONCLUSION：The patients from different department have their own specific feature of drug use,which provide useful information for doctors and pharmacists.
