摘要
目的探讨加用扶正败毒颗粒对改善脓毒血症患者免疫功能的疗效并评价其安全性。方法将脓毒血症患者58例随机分为对照组和观察组,各29例。对照组患者予以常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用扶正败毒颗粒。结果两组患者治疗后急性生理与慢性健康(APACHE-Ⅱ)评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),而组间未见明显差异。对照组患者治疗后CD3及CD4/CD8均较前明显下降(P<0.05),而同期观察组患者与治疗前相比,CD3,CD4及CD4/CD8均明显升高(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前血清白细胞介素-10(IL-10)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)均显著高于正常水平,且观察组患者治疗后IL-10及TNF-α均显著低于治疗前水平(P<0.05)。组间不良反应发生率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论加用扶正败毒颗粒对于改善脓毒血症患者免疫功能安全、有效。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Fuzhengbaidu Granule for imProving the immune function of Patients with sePsis and to evaluate its safety. Methods 58 cases of Patients with sePsis were randomly divided into the control grouP and the observation grouP, 29 cases in each grouP. The control grouP received routine treatment, and the observation grouP received Fuzhengbaidu Granule on the basis of the control grouP. Results After treatment, the APACHE-II scores of the two grouPs were both significantly lower than those before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , with no significant difference between the two grouPs. The CD3, CD4/CD8 of the control grouP were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , while during the same Period, CD3, CD4 and CD4/CD8 of the observation grouP increased signifi-cantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Serum levels of IL-10 and TNF- α level of the two grouPs were significantly higher than the normal level, but the IL-10 and TNF-α of the observation grouP were significantly lower than those before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The occurrence rate of the adverse reactions between the two grouPs had no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Adding Fuzhengbaidu Grandule for imProving the immune function in Patients with sePsis is safe and effective.
