摘要
目的观察参菊洗剂对霉菌性、细菌性、滴虫性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法将2014年1月-2015年4月医院门诊就诊的987例阴道炎患者,依照疾病类型划分,各类型下再随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用洁尔阴洗液治疗,治疗组采用参菊洗剂治疗,比较各类型下2组疗效。结果治疗组对霉菌性、细菌性阴道炎总有效率分别为92.77%、95.42%,对照组分别为77.91%、80.92%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组治疗滴虫性阴道炎总有效率分别为86.96%、81.52%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参菊洗剂治疗阴道炎疗效较好,尤其是治疗霉菌性、细菌性阴道炎,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shenju lotion on fungal vaginitis and bacterial vaginitis and trichomonas vaginitis. Methods 987 vaginitis outpatients,who visited our hospital from January 2014 to April 2015 ,were ran- domly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group were gived Jieeryin lotion and the experimental group were gived Shenju lotion. Results The total effective rate of Shenju lotion on fungal vaginitis and bacterial vaginitis were 92.77% and 95.42% separately, Jieeryin were 77.91% and 80.92% accordingly, the differences were significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The total effective rate of Shenju lotion and Jieeryin lotion on trichomonas vaginitis were 86.96% and 81.52% sepa- rately, there was no significant difference between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Shenju lotion on vaginitis is good, especially to fungal vaginitis and bacterial vaginitis,it is good for clinical application.
