摘要
目的 探讨中药外洗治疗阴道炎的疗效。方法 将 165例阴道炎病人随机分为两组 ,观察组 85例和对照组 80例 ,观察组用中药煎剂阴道冲洗后放置替硝唑 (滴虫性阴道炎 )、或制霉菌素 (霉菌性阴道炎 )而对照组仅阴道放置替硝唑或制霉菌素 ,观察两组白带恢复正常时间 ,外阴瘙痒消失时间和治愈率。结果 观察组白带恢复正常时间、外阴瘙痒消失时间均较对照组短 (P <0 .0 5 )。临床治愈率对照组为 81% ,治疗组为 94.1% (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 中药菊柏参煎剂治疗滴虫、霉菌性阴道炎有显著疗效。
Objective To study the effect of wash vaginvawith ju bo cen Chinese herbs decoction in treatims vaginatis.Methods One hundred sixty and five patients with vaginatin were divided in to two groups at randomly:investigation group (85 patients)and control group(80 patients),Patients in investigation were vaginal played metronidazal(trichomonal vaginatis)or nystatin (candidal vaginatis)after the wash vagina with the ju bo cen decoction but the controls only were received metronidazal or nystatin The times of the leucorrhoea was reconversion and the pruritus remave down and effect rate were observed in these two groups.Results The time of Leucorrhoea reconuversion and pruritus dissolved in the inuestigation group was significant shortes than those in the controls (P<0.01)and the effedt rate in the investigation was 94.1%but the controls was 81.3% (P<0.05).Conclusions Ju bo cen decoction is marked in treating trichomonal vaginatis and candidal vaginatis.
