摘要
综述中药抗念珠菌现状及抑菌机制研究进展。研究表明中药中某些单体成分、提取物及复方均能抑制致病念珠菌生长,可以抑制其毒力因子(水解酶、菌丝、生物膜)活性及相关基因的表达,或促进内源性活性氧的生成,从而加重菌体细胞氧化损伤。
This paper reviews the mechanisms and progress of Chinese medicine against Candida. Studies have shown that some monomer components,extracts,and prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine can inhibit the growth of pathogenic Candida. Besides restraining the expression of virulence factors(hydrolase,mycelium,biofilm)and related genes,they can promote the production of endogenous reactive oxygen species and aggravate the oxidative damage of yeast cells.
