摘要
为了能有效诊断电气设备的健康状况,对SF6气体分解物分析技术的发展与应用进行研究。介绍了检测管、气相色谱、电化学传感器、电化学分析等传统SF6气体分解物分析技术,并对红外吸收光谱、紫外吸收光谱、光声光谱和离子迁移谱等分析方法在SF6气体分解物分析中的应用、技术优势和局限性等进行了阐述。SF6气体分解物的检测和分析技术为电气设备的故障监测和诊断提供了有效手段,对提高电气设备内部潜在故障诊断的准确性具有重要意义。
In order to diagnose effectively the health situation of electrical equipment, the development and application of analysis technology of SF6 gas decomposition product is studied. Traditional analysis technology of SF6 gas decomposition product including detecting tube, gas chromatography, electrochemical sensors and electrochemistry analysis are introduced. Application, technical advantages and limitations of analysis methods including infrared absorption spectroscopy, ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy, optoacoustic spectroscopy and ion mobility spectrometry and so on in the analysis of SF6 gas decomposition product are described. Detection and analysis technologies of SF6 gas decomposition product provide effectively measures for the fault monitoring and diagnosis of electrical equipment, which has important significance for the improvement of accuracy of potential fault diagnosis of electrical equipment.
