摘要
针对目前国内突发性水污染事故频发的状况,以及当前应急救援系统存在的各种问题,将本体论引入突发性水污染事故应急管理系统中,提出基于本体知识的突发性水污染表示方法和推理规则,在规范领域内概念及明确相应属性和关系的基础上,建立应急管理系统领域本体,以实现突发性水污染风险源数据库及应急监测网络与其他相关数据库的信息共享,使专家系统为突发性水污染应急救援提供的辅助决策合理、可实施性提高。以渤海湾的溢油事故为例进行了模拟,结果表明该系统根据推理机制和规则集可以提出合理的辅助决策。
According to the frequent accidents of sudden water pollution and the problems of emergency system at present. Introduced Ontology into the emergency system of sudden water pollution accidents. Proposed the representation method and inference rule of sudden water pollution based on Ontology. Using standard concept and definite attribute and relationship, established corresponding domain ontology, to realize information share among risk source database, emergency monitor network and other related database. Improved the accuracy and feasibility of implementation of assistant decision from experts system for emergency rescue of sudden water pollution accident. Oil spill accident of the Bohai Sea was taken as the example to the simulation system. The results showed that: this system could make assistant decision based on reasoning mechanism and rule sets.
