摘要
突发性水污染事故不仅造成巨大的经济损失,而且造成社会的不稳定和生态环境的严重破坏。应急监测是突发性水污染事故处理的前提和关键。分析了突发性水污染事故的特性、危害,提出了应急监测的方法和工作流程。
The sudden water pollution accident have not only caused economic losses, but also brought on society instability and serious destruction of ecological environment. Emergency monitoring is the premise and the key of disposing the sudden water pollution accident. The article analyses the character and danger of sudden water pollution accident, and gives the methods and workflow of the emergency monitoring.
