摘要
运用实验法、数理统计法,探讨核心力量对羽毛球高远球技术的影响。对羽毛球专项学生进行了分组实验,分别采用核心力量训练和传统力量训练的方法。结果表明:核心力量训练能提高受试者的机体稳定性;传统力量训练和核心力量训练都能提高高远球技术,且核心力量训练对正手斜线、头顶直线、头顶斜线击球技术的提高更为显著。
This paper takes the methods of experimentation and mathematical statistics to do experiments to badminton majors in groups. The experiments take the methods of core strength training and traditional strength training. The results show that core strength training can improve the stability of the body; traditional strength training and core strength training,which can improve deep clear technology. The core strength training has more remarkable influence on developing the skills of forehead slash,overhead lines,and overhead slash stroke.
