高盐饮食对血压正常者血浆单核趋化蛋白-1的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察慢性盐负荷对血压正常个体体内单核趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)的影响,探讨盐负荷诱发的炎症反应在高血压发生、发展中的作用。方法:选取30例年龄在16~60岁的血压正常者参与为期2周的慢性盐负荷试验,包括基线调查3d,低盐饮食(51.3mmol/d)、高盐饮食(307.8mmol/d)各7d。用ELISA法测定血浆MCP-1。结果:受试者在高盐饮食期血压均升高,同时高盐期MCP-1水平较低盐期显著增高(P〈0.01)。结论:高盐饮食可诱发正常受试者体内MCP-1水平升高,提示高盐可能通过介导体内炎症水平的升高进而发挥其对心血管系统的损害作用。
