摘要
以‘洛阳红’牡丹为试材,研究了根域限制(盆栽)对牡丹形态特征、生物量和基质的影响。结果表明:根域限制使牡丹的株高和冠幅、混合芽的生长发育都受到抑制,一二级根的数量减少,一级根的干重和鲜重显著低于对照,二级根的干重和鲜重与对照无显著差异;三级根的数量增加,干重显著低于对照。一级根和三级根的含水量均高于对照,二级根的含水量低于对照,说明根域限制下,牡丹干物质积累主要集中在二级根,一级根存储干物质的能力下降,功能退化,三级根的吸水能力增加,根域限制并未使牡丹根部受到水分胁迫,但是根域限制使牡丹基质的pH值增加。
Taking ‘Luoyang Hong'Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.as material,the effect of root restriction(potted cultivated)on morphological characteristics,biomass and medium feature of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.were analyzed.The results showed that root restriction reduced the plant height,canopy size,growth and development level of bud of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr..The number of the rootⅠ,rootⅡof Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.were reduced.FW and DW of the rootⅠwere significantly lower than control.FW and DW of the rootⅡwere not significantly different from the control.The number of rootⅢ was increased,but DW was significantly lower than the control.Water content of the rootⅠand rootⅢ were higher than control.Water content of rootⅡwas lower than the control.So it could be seen that dry matter of root restriction Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.were mainly concentrated in the rootⅡ,and the storage ability of rootⅠwas decreased under root restriction.The water absorption capacity of rootⅢwas increased which means that root were not suffered water stress when grown under root restriction.But pH value of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.medium was increased when grew under root restriction.
