摘要
为探讨小麦幼苗根系pH在酸、碱逆境中的变化及其对生长的影响,选用3个pH水平(4.0、6.5和9.0)的营养液对4个品种(系)小麦幼苗进行了处理。结果显示:处理1 d的小麦根系pH在不同品种之间的变化趋势相同,在pH 6.5的营养液中最大(平均5.82),比在pH 4.0和9.0的培养液中平均高0.18个单位;处理10 d时,百农3217和百麦06的根系pH值的变化趋势为pH 4.0处理<pH 9.0处理<pH 6.5处理,而扬麦01-88和矮抗58的变化趋势为pH 4.0处理<pH 6.5处理<pH 9.0处理;地上部干重增长量和根长增长量的变化趋势一致,且品种之间的变化趋势与根系pH值的变化趋势相似。推测在碱性条件下根系pH值越接近中性条件下的根系pH值的品种较耐碱性,相反则较耐酸性。
Three pH levels (4. 0, 6. 5 and 9. 0) of nutrition solution were used to treat seedlings of 4 wheat varieties with 1 d, 3 d and 10 d to elucidate the effect of environment pH on the seedling root pH and growth in wheat. The results showed that the root pH value dynamically changed with the treatment time. After treatment 1 d, the root pH value was lar- gest (average 5.82) under pH 6. 5 solution and decreased 0. 18 pH unit under pH 4. 0 and pH 9. 0 with the same change trend in different varieties. After treatment 10 d,there were different change trends of root pH value in different varieties: root pH values of Bainong 3217 and Baimai 06 were pI-I 4. 0 〈 pH 9.0 〈 pH 6. 5 and Yangmai 01-88 and Aikang 58 were pH 4. 0 〈 pH 6. 5 〈 pH 9. 0. The change trend of the increased shoot dry weight consisted with the increased length of the longest root per plant. The pH 6. 5 was optimum for the wheat seedling root and the shoot growth both after treatment 3 d and 10 d. Moreover, there presented different change trends among varieties under pH 4. 0 and pH 9.0:Bainong 3217 and Baimai 06 showed higher increased shoot dry weight and increased length of the longest root per plant at pH 9.0 than that of pH 4. 0, and Yangmai 01-88 and Aikang 58 showed reverse change trends. Nevertheless, these change trends agreed with that of the root pH value under different pH levels. From above results we considered that those varieties root pH value under alkali soil more closed to that of neutral soil than that of acid soil were more resistant to alkali soil, vise verse.
