维生素E对糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的影响及其相关机制分析 被引量:4

The Effect of Vitamin E on Insulin Resistance in Diabetics and Analysis of its Mechanisms

摘要 国内外的调查显示糖尿病患者体内维生素E水平低于正常人群,维生素E可通过降低机体的氧化应激水平、调节过氧化物增生活性受体α和γ的表达和改善脂质代谢来改善胰岛素抵抗,维生素E还有助于控制糖尿病患者并发症的发生发展。关于维生素E对糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的确切影响及机制有待进一步研究。 Population surveys of both here and abroad show that the vitamin Elevels of diabetics are usually higher than that of the normal; vitamin Ecan reduce the insulin resistance in diabetics by reducing the oxidative stress of the body, regulating the expression of peroxisome proliferator- activated receptor alpha and gamma and improving lipid metabolism; vitamin Ealso prevents the occurrence and development of the complications in diabetics. However, the conclusions are still controversial. Therefore, the precise effect of vitamin Eon insulin resistance in diabetics and its mechanisms are still needed to be studied.
