2型糖尿病下肢血管病变与晚期糖基化终末产物和氧化应激水平的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)、丙二醛(MDA)、总抗氧化能力(TAOC)和维生素E(VE)与糖尿病下肢血管病变的关系。方法检测糖尿病下肢血管病变患者与单纯糖尿病患者的血清AGEs、TAOC、MDA和VE浓度。结果AGEs、MDA在糖尿病下肢血管病变组高于单纯糖尿病组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。TAOC、VE在糖尿病下肢血管病变组低于单纯糖尿病组,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病下肢血管病变时氧化应激状态增强,抗氧化状态减弱。
