摘要
泾河油田原油具有高含蜡、高凝特点,生产过程中热洗周期短,易发生蜡卡,现用水基清防蜡剂溶蜡速率低,无法满足生产需求。为解决这一问题,实验室模拟泾河油田地层温度条件进行溶蜡率及防蜡率实验,通过实验结果优选出以150号溶剂油与二乙二醇丁醚复配的油基清防蜡剂为主剂,与聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂FL-1、FL-2、FL-3复配形成乳液型清防蜡剂QFJ-1,现场试验电流载荷下降明显,热洗周期延长一倍,且具有较好经济性。
Due to the characteristics of high wax content and high pour point, the problems of short hot washing period and wax blockage occur in production process of Jinghe oilfield. The wax dissolution rate of current water base paraffin inhibitor is too low to meet production. In order to solve this problem, the experiment of wax dissolution rate and wax inhibiting rate was conducted by simulating formation temperature of Jinghe oilfield in the laboratory. According to the results, oil base paraffin inhibitor that is com?posed by No.150 solvent oil and diethylene glycol monobutyl is selected out. Emulsion paraffin inhibitor QFJ-1 is composed of this oil base paraffin inhibitor and polyoxyethylene ether surface acting agent FL-1、FL-2、FL-3. Field application shows that current loading decreases obviously and thermal washing cycle is double. Meanwhile, this new emulsion paraffin inhibitor has good econom?ical efficiency.
