摘要
FLO油基清防蜡剂主要由 1 # 、2 # 活性剂、降粘剂和有机溶剂组成。室内实验表明 ,溶蜡速率大于 0 0 2g/min ,静态防蜡率大于 5 0 % ,降粘率大于 3 0 % ,动态防蜡率大于 60 %。现场试验表明 ,采用定期加药方式 ,可减少洗井次数 ,提高油井产油量。
An oil soluble wax removing/inhibiting agent FLO was composed of No.1 and No.2 surfactants , thinner and organic solvents. Following results were obtained in laboratory: wax dissolving rate, wax inhibiting rate in static state, viscosity reducing rate and the wax inhibiting rate in flow state were more than 0.02 g/min, 50%, 30% and 60% respectively. It was shown in the oilfield experiment that it could decrease the times of washing wells and increase the productivity of oil wells by adding the above wax removing/inhibiting agent FLO periodically.
