BZ25-1油田新型清防蜡剂的复配及降黏性能研究

Preparation of a New Paraffin Remover and Paraffin Inhibitor for BZ25-1 Oilfield and Research on Its Viscosity Reduction Performance

摘要 室内模拟BZ25-1油田油藏温度,考察清防蜡剂的溶蜡率和防蜡率,优选出新型清防蜡剂,以酯类清防蜡剂QFNJ-2为主剂,与酯类清防蜡剂QFNJ-4按质量比2∶1复配,使用浓度为1 600 mg/L,该体系能实现高效清防蜡的目的,具有广阔的市场应用前景。 The oil reservoir temperature of BZ25-1 Oilfield was simulated in laboratory,the paraffin dissolving rate and the paraffin control rate of paraffin removers and paraffin inhibitors were studied,and a new paraffin remover and paraffin inhibitor was selected through optimization. This new paraffin remover and paraffin inhibitor was prepared by mixing ester paraffin remover and paraffin inhibitor QFNJ-2,i. e. the main agent,and another ester paraffin remover and paraffin inhibitor QFNJ-4 in the mass ratio of 2 : 1. The concentration of this new paraffin remover and paraffin inhibitor is 1 600 mg / L when used. It can remove paraffin remover and inhibit paraffin efficiently,and has wide market application prospect.
