摘要
从我国高校就业指导与市场需求的严重错位和就业指导理念的国际发展趋势来看,我国应当建立以现代职业生涯发展理论为基础,以就业能力培养为核心,以学生职业生涯发展为目的,以人力资源匹配为关键的高校就业指导体系。在这个体系中着力解决好三个问题:一是从高校就业能力培养的角度构建高校对人力资源市场需求的市场化回应机制;二是以学生职业生涯发展为目的构建高校就业指导模式中"学业-就业-职业"的良性互动机制;三是完善经济结构调整、高校教育体制改革、政府就业指导服务职能以及市场化就业服务机构的建设等相关配套措施。
From the serious dislocation of college career guidance and market demand and employment guiding philosophy of the international development trend, China should establish university career guidance system taking modern career development theory as the basis, employment capacity development as the core, student career development as the purpose, and human resources match as a key. In this system, it should strive to solve three problems: First, from the perspective of university employment Ability Construction of market demand for human resources market response mechanism; second, student career development for the purpose Construction of Career Guidance Mode "academic-employment-occupation" positive interaction mechanism; the third is complete and perfect adjustment of economic structure, higher education reform, government employment guidance services functions as well as market-oriented employment service institution-building and other related measures.
