摘要
通过校企合作实例,分析了市场实践对大学生内在素质、处理工作能力和社交领导能力3个维度就业能力的影响,对比了学生参加市场实践和工厂实践前后的变化,统计结果表明,参加2种实践对大学生就业能力的3个方面都有不同程度的提高,尤其市场实践对处理工作能力和社交领导能力等11项指标的提高更为显著。所以校企合作进行市场实践可以显著提高学生就业能力,达到学生、学校和企业三赢。
The employability is one of the most important abilities of qualified graduates.This article analyzes that the employability including intrinsic quality,processing capacity and social leadership is affected by practice.Compared to the students to participate in market practices and factory practices,before and after practice,all students＇ employabilities can be improved at different degrees.Eleven indictors including leadership ability and social skills of students in the market practice were enhanced more than that in factory practices.Our findings suggest that students,universities and businesses can achieve mutual benefits and win-win results through the market practice of school-enterprise cooperation.
