摘要
通过建立气相色谱法对环境试样中痕量黄磷的测定。对不同的环境试样经过甲苯振摇萃取后,离心,取上清液供气相色谱仪配备火焰光度检测器(FPD和磷滤光片)进行测定。实验结果:回收率为84.96%~93.13%,方法精密度为3.46%~5.33%,方法检出限,水样:2.1μg/L,底泥:5.0μg/kg,死鱼内脏:1.0μg/kg,满足痕量分析要求。
To establish the methods of environmental samples in the determination of trace yellow phosphorus. Different environmental samples after toluene vibration wave extraction,centrifugal,Take clear liquid was detect by gas chromatograph upper with flame photometric detector( FPD and phosphorus filter). The recoveries were in rang of from 84. 96% to 93. 13%. The precision of method was also between of 3. 46% - 5. 33%. Results showed the method detection limit,water sample: 2. 1μg /L,sediment: 5. 0μg / kg,dead fish viscera: 1. 0μg / kg,respectively. All these the trace analysis data were fit for the experiment's requirement.
