摘要
采用活性炭为载体,利用浸渍法在常温下制备了4种JC系列催化氧化催化剂。通过考察,在常压、温度60~100℃、气体流量0 375m3/h条件下,JC系列催化剂能够净化除去黄磷尾气中难以脱除的PH3、H2S杂质。其中JC-4型催化剂净化效果最好,可以脱除尾气中的PH3、H2S至其含量小于10-6。
Four JC series oxidation catalysts, with active carbon as support, were made by the impregnation method at room temperature in this study. Performance testing found that JC series catalysts could remove PH_3 and H_2S impurities in the yellow phosphorus tail gas under atmosphere pressure, 60~100℃, and gas velocity 0.375m^3/h. Both of PH_3 and H_2S could be removed to less than 1 ppm with the best JC-4 catalyst.
