摘要
在活塞压缩机的动力计算中,已有解析法需要借助CAD软件建立切向力曲线模型并测量有关面积,输出平均切向力和能量变化幅值,从而计算飞轮矩,多有不便;现提出继续使用解析法输出平均切向力和能量变化幅值,计算飞轮矩,简化动力计算过程。
In the dynamic calculation of piston compressor, the former analytical method should fall back on other CAD software to model the tangential force curve and survey the related area, export the average of the tangential force and the amplitude of energyvariant, thereby to calculate the flying wheel torque, which is inconvenient. Now, the paper proposes that it is possible to continuously use the analytical method to export the average of the tangential force and the amplitude of energy-variant, and calculate the flying wheel torque, which can simplify the dynamic calculation.
