摘要
本文全面系统地阐述了起重机机构惯性力矩的飞轮矩计算方法的由来及其实质——惯性力矩计算的核心或焦点是计算换算的飞轮矩。飞轮矩的计算,对于起升、运行和旋转机构的载物运动质量更适宜应用能量守恒定律;变幅机构的载物运动质量应用动能定理;机构传动装置各零件回转运动质量应用能量守恒定律。
The origin and substance of the flywheel moment calculation method of inertia moment of crane mechanism are set forth comprehensively and systematically in this paper, that is, the nucleus or the focus of moment of inertia calculation is the problem of calculating convertible flywheel moment. It is much better for the calculation of flywheel moment of loading move mass of lifting, traveling and rotating mechanism using the law of conservation of energy, the theorem of kinetic energy for that of radius—changing mechanism, and the law of conservation of energy for that of all parts of gearing mechanism.
