介绍了压缩机设计过程中利用解析法计算综合活塞力和切向力的方法,如何利用Excel软件的计算功能确定双作用缸在轴侧和盖侧的气体膨胀、吸气、压缩、排气过程中对应的曲柄转角。还论述了如何利用Excel软件的函数、公式功能实现气体力的计算和利用Excel软件绘制综合活塞力和切向力图的方法,在设计过程中极大地简化了压缩机设计中动力计算的工作量,提高了机械设计效率。最后展望了Excel软件在工程设计方面的应用前景。
The article introduces the math method used in the compressor design in order to reckon synthesis and shear force, and analyses carefully how to decide the angle related to the winch. It includes how to caculate the gas force by use of Excel software' function and formula and how to protract synthesis and shear force curve , decreases the dynamical reckon and improves the efficiency in mechanical design. Moreover, the article expects the foreground of the Excel using in engineering design.
