摘要
针对矿体围岩不稳固的安全问题。基于提高矿石回收率、保障采场安全作业等采场要求,提出用下向水平进路充填采矿法取代原有的上向分层充填采矿法。通过充填材料配比试验,得出灰砂比1∶6,料浆质量分数为72%时,充填体14d单轴抗压强度达到4.28 MPa,可满足下向充填采矿的要求。现场实验证明,下向进路充填有效减小了顶板暴露面积,提高了回采工作的安全性与矿石回收率,取得了预期效果。
To solve the safety problems of unsteady surrounding rock,the downward horizontal drift with backfilling mining method was proposed to replace upward slicing stoping with backfill,in the basis of the requirements of improving the ore recovery and ensuring the stoping safety.Through tests on proportioning of filling materials,it obtained that when the cement-sand ratio and the slurry mass fraction were respectively 1 ∶ 6 and 72%,the uniaxial compressive strength of the filling body reached 4.28 MPa after 14 days,which met the requirement of proposed mining method.Field tests indicated that the proposed mining method reduced the exposed roof area effectively,improved the mining security and ore recovery,as well as realized prospecting result.
