摘要
针对嵩县山金M1构造蚀变破碎带内矿岩较破碎且稳固性差,矿体与破碎带交错分布的开采技术难题,开展了下向进路充填采矿法试验研究。通过在人工假顶下自上而下分层进路式回采接顶充填,保证了构造蚀变破碎带内矿体回采的安全性。将盘区划分为2个采区、4个分段,采用下盘脉外盘区斜坡道-分段运输平巷采准方式,每一分段3条分层联络道交错布置;在分段内自上而下沿走向进路逐层回采,每一分层回采均在C料尾砂人工假顶下作业,采场采用铲运机出矿。现场应用表明:下向进路充填采矿法保证了矿体安全回采,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,得到了盘区生产能力180 t/d、采矿损失率4.9%、矿石贫化率4.6%的良好技术经济指标。
The ore rocks in the M1 structural alteration fracture zone of Songxian Shanjin Mining Co.,Ltd.are rela-tively fragmented and poorly stable,and the spatial position between the ore body and the fracture zone is interlaced,constituting the technical challenges of mining.In light of that,experimental research on a downward approach filling and mining method is carried out.The safety in the process of ore body extraction from tectonic alteration fragmentation zone is guaranteed by downward slicing approach stoping and roof-connecting filling under the artificial false roof.The panel is divided into 2 mining zones and 4 sections,the footwall outside-vein panel ramp-sectioned transport lane mining preparation are adopted,and the three hierarchical contact lanes are in staggered arrangement for each section;in the section,the stoping is carried out from top to bottom along the strike approach layer to layer.Stoping in each layer is operated under C tailings artificial false roof and the ore is drawn with scooptrams.The field application proves that the downward approach filling mining method ensures safety of ore body extraction,reduces labor intensity,improves working efficiency,obtains good technical and economic index:panel production capacity 180 t/d,mining loss rate 4.9%and ore dilution rate 4.6%.
