摘要
针对急倾斜极不稳固薄到中厚矿体开采安全性差、回采效率低、成本高、回采率低和回采方案少等问题,特别是该类矿床品位低的资源没有经济可行采矿方案的难题。研发了脉外分段空场采矿法,并就无切割井拉槽、强制和诱导联合崩落落矿、极不稳固岩体内中深孔护孔和贫化控制等关键技术提出了解决方案,能实现该类矿体的安全、低耗和高效开采,当矿体围岩稳固性好和矿岩界线清晰时,开采效果尤佳。
There are these problems of extra unstable orebody with steep incline from thin to middle thickness, like poor mining safety, low stopping efficiency, high cost, low recovery rate and fewer options for alternative mining scheme, especially the low-grade deposit without economic viable mining options. Therefore, vein sublevel open-stope method was developed, and the various solutions of key technologies were proposed such as the technology of no cutting hole groove, forced and induced caving mining, medium-deep hole protection in highly unstable rock mass and dilution control. Vein sublevel open-stope method could mine this type of ore in safe, low-consumption and high-efficiency way. The mining effect was good, when the ore surrounding rock was stability and rock boundary lines was clear.
