摘要
社会的进步,高等教育的发展,伴随着的是高校辅导员职业日臻成熟,这就迫切要求高校辅导员由经验型辅导员向科研型辅导员转型,以适应新时期高校辅导员队伍的专业化进程要求,从而培养出更多有责任心的,勇于担当的优秀大学生。
The social progress, the development of higher education, with the college counselors career is becoming mature, this is an urgent requirement of college counselors from the experience oriented counselors to the research type counselors to adapt to the new era of college counselors professional process requirements, from which to develop more responsible, the courage to play a good college students.
