摘要
在混凝土泵排量测量问题的研究中,现有技术存在实验成本高、研发周期长的缺点,一定程度上限制了产品的生产效率。为了解决上述问题,研制开发了一套计算机仿真混凝土泵排量测量系统的方案。首先分析了混凝土在管道中的流动状态及其泵送压力,建立混凝土泵开式液压系统的键合图模型,导出其状态方程,并结合Matlab对液压系统的动态响应进行了数字仿真。仿真结果利用活塞一次推送实际"有效位移"的概念,得出混凝土泵活塞一次推送的有效排量。将仿真结果泵送效率与实际作对比,结果表明,利用计算机辅助工具结合"有效位移"的方法做混凝土泵排量的测量仿真具有可行性,改进方法具有节约成本、减少研发周期的优点。
The existing technology of concrete pump emission's measurement has the weak point of high cost and long development cycle. This paper presents a concrete pump emission's measurement method by computer simula- tion. First the concrete's flowage in the pipeline and its pumping pressure is analyzed. Then the concrete pump's hy- draulic system is established in bond graph style and the state equation is derived. Finally, the dynamic response of hydraulic system is simulated through Matlab. By using the concept of the " real displacement" of one piston push and translating the results to the "trapezoidal wave", it can be obtained the valid emission of one push of concrete pump. Simulation and experiment results show that the proposed method is feasible, cost -effective and convenient.
