摘要
建立了混凝土泵泵送系统换向过程的数学模型,以HBT80混凝土泵为实例,采用计算机仿真手段,获得了泵送系统的不同条件下换向时压力动态变化规律,仿真结果为混凝土泵设计提供了有益的指导。
This paper establishes the mathematic model of direction changing of pumping system for concrete pump.By computer simulation and taking model HBT80 concrete pump as an example,dynamic changing regularity of pressure during direction changing of pumping system for concrete pump is obtained under different conditions,and the results are helpful to concrete pump design.
