摘要
本文以某公司生产的水泥混凝土泵车为研究对象 ,对其液压系统进行了多工况的测试 ,并进行了泵车固有频率测试及多工况的动应变测试。通过数据分析 ,得到各个工况的动应力变化范围、工作频率及泵车的固有频率 ,并与对应工况的液压测试结果相比较 ,找到了该泵车振动冲击较大的主要原因 ,并给出了最佳的液压系统流量。本研究结果可为厂家进行产品改进提供参考。
A concrete pump made by some company was used as an object of study. Its' different working situations' hydraulic system test and dynamic strain and inherent frequency test were gained. Every working situation's dynamic stress range, working frequency and inherent frequency were gotten by data analysis.the main reason of the concrete pump having larger dynamic stress and vibration impact was found by comparing with corresponding working situation's results of the bump hydraulic system test. The optimum hydraulic system input flow was given.
