摘要
目的:探析中药化痰祛瘀方对改善高龄高血压患者临床指标的有效性。方法:随机抽取2013年1月-2015年1月我院收治的高龄高血压患者76例并将其分为两组,给予对照组常规西医治疗,研究组则加用中药化痰祛瘀方治疗,分析两组治疗后临床指标的改善情况。结果:治疗后,研究组血压、中医证候积分、血浆PTS分子标志物水平下降程度,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且研究组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用中药化痰祛瘀方改善高龄高血压患者的临床指标是较为行之有效的,值得进一步推广和应用。
Objective： To explore the efficacy of the Huatan Quyu decoction on clinical parameters of elderly hypertension. Methods： From January 2013 to January 2015, 76 cases of elderly hypertension were randomly divided into the control group and the study group. The control group took conventional western medicine. The other group took the Huatan Quyu decoction. After treatment, efficacy of clinical parameters was analyzed. Results： After treatment, the blood pressure, the symptom score, the decreased level of plasma PTS molecular markers were better than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. The total efficiency in the study group was higher, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Improving clinical parameters of elderly hypertension with the Huatan Quyu decoction is more effective, and worthy of promotion.
