摘要
以现行标准HG/T 20201—2007为准则,夹具刚度条件计算公式为依据,在承压设备泄漏介质检测数据采集基础上,基于C#面向对象编程语言和CAXA电子图板的二次开发技术,尝试创建承压设备带压密封夹具智能设计系统,包括图纸信息管理、参数计算、图纸处理等模块,提供了可视化的操作界面和使用方法。并以某化工厂0.9 MPa蒸汽动力管道泄漏为例,介绍了智能设计系统的实际应用效果。初步实现了夹具设计过程的信息化和CAXA图纸文件处理的自动化。
The Intelligent design system for online leak sealing clamps is built on survey for leaking media of pressure equipment. The system design takes the national current 20201--2007 as the criterion,and the calculation formula ment of the system is based on C# programming language data acquisition standard HG/T of rigidity condition as the basis. The develop- which is object-oriented and CAXA electronic board of secondary development technology. The system includes drawing information management mod- ule, parameter calculation module, drawing processing module, etc. And it provides the operating interface and usage. It takes 0.9 MPa steam-powered pipeline leakage of a chemical plant as an example, and intro- duces the practical application of the intelligent design system. The system has realized the informatization of the clamp design process and the automation of the CAXA drawing file processing.
