摘要 基于国内带压密封工程20多年的实践经验,分析了泄漏事故现场对勘测人员化学和物理2大危害因素及防护方法。介绍了泄漏现场勘测的研究内容———泄漏现场环境勘测、泄漏介质勘测、泄漏部位勘测。以插图及表格形式论述了法兰、管段、三通、弯头和填料泄漏勘测的具体要求和数据。为带压密封工程选择带压密封技术、工具、夹具设计和制造、安全防护、操作方法提供科学依据。 The chemical and physical hazard factors, and protection methods for the surveying reporters in the leaking sites were analyzed, based on the more than 20 years practice experience of the online leak sealing The surveying research contents in the leaking site-surveying surrounding, leaking media, leaking engineering at home. locations were introduced. The specific requirements and basic data for the flange, pipe-segment, tee, elbow, and stuffing box were expounded with the figures and lists. The purpose of this study is to provide the scientific basis for the online leak sealing engineering to select the online sealing technologies, tools, design and manufacture of camps, safety and protection, and operating methods.
