摘要
介绍了某丙烯罐式汽车泄漏事故经过、丙烯的物理化学性质、泄漏部位勘测、夹具设计、工具准备、带压堵漏操作技巧。实例结果表明,只要有可靠的安全措施及特殊的技术手段,移动式压力容器的泄漏是可以进行带压处理,实现控制、降低、消除泄漏,避免灾害性事故的发生。本文方法同样适用于铁路罐车及罐式集装箱泄漏事故的带压堵漏。
This paper emphatically describes a leaking accident process of propylene highway tanks, physicchemical nature of propylene, survey of leaking location, clamp design, special tools and online leak sealing operation skills. The example result showed that as long as we have reliable safety measure and special techni- cal means, and leaking on transportable pressure vessel can be sealed online, and doesn't engender any calamity accident. The method in the paper also applies the online leak sealing for the leaking accident on the railtanks and tank containers.
