摘要
目的 探讨应用戴明环对住院医师规范化培训的形成性评价的实施及改进效果.方法 采用戴明环的管理模式,持续改进住院医师规范化培训的形成性评价的实施效果.结果 通过调查问卷、专家访谈、住院医师座谈等发现住院医师规范化培训的形成性评价存在的主要问题包括临床教师形成性评价理念薄弱、缺乏有效的测评工具、缺乏有力的保障制度等,通过采取一系列科学可行的措施实施后再评估改进效果,总结并提出下一步改进方案.结论 戴明环能够有效提高住院医师规范化培训的形成性评价效果,值得推广应用.
Objective To study the application of Deming circle in formative evaluation of residency and its effects.Methods Circulation of Deming circle was implemented to improve the efficiency of formative evaluation.Results Questionnaire,expert interview,and resident forum were implemented to evaluate the effect of Deming circle.The primary problems included weak concept of formative evaluation of clinical teachers,lack of effective assessment tools,and lack of strong security system.Many approaches were carried out,then reevaluated the improvement effect,summarized and put forward the improved scheme.Conclusions Deming circle is an effective and practical way to improve the efficiency of formative evaluation in residency,and it is worthy of application.
