摘要
抗震设防高烈度区的地震作用比较大,通过对江苏省宿迁市某框架剪力墙高层办公楼的传统抗震设计结构方案与隔震设计结构方案进行对比,对比内容包括上部结构混凝土用量、基础造价、建筑实际可使用面积等,以探讨高烈度区采用隔震设计的优势。
Earthquake effects is relatively large in high intensity area, this paper by comparing the traditional seismic design method and seismic isolation design method used in a frame-shear wall high-rise office building in Suqian city of Jiangsu Province, including the amount of concrete use in uperstructure, and the actual use of area, to investigate the advantages of using seismic isolation design method in high intensity region.
