摘要
基于对北京大学本科生班级的考察,对班主任、辅导员在班级管理中的互动问题进行思考,为更好地育人,指出班主任、辅导员的缺位或错位对班级都将产生消极影响。应注重新形势、新特点,回归班级管理的本质,构建并维持班级管理的"双轨"模式,发挥班级在高校育人工作中的基础作用。
This paper is based on surveys of undergraduates from ]3eijing University. It gives a lot weight to class teacher--student interaction and advisor--student interaction in class management and warns against the negative consequences of absence or malposition of the class teacher or the advisor. The article urges universities to return to the essence of class management as a response to the new situations and new features and stick to the dual--track class management mode so as to fully exert the fundamental role of class in educating students.
