摘要
本文通过问卷调查、抽样座谈和个别访谈等方式,对北京大学本科生班级班主任的选配方式进行了摸底,总结其工作手段,分析了本科生对所在班级班主任工作的评价,并针对班主任制度、工作原则和工作重点等问题进行了讨论。
This paper studies the selecting and appointing of the head teachers of undergraduate classes in Beijing University by questionnaire surveys,panel discussions and individual interviews.It also ex-amines how the head teachers work and how students evaluate their performance before discussing the head teacher system,the principles and focal points.
