摘要
比较了两种低温助漂剂SQA和LTB-01应用于棉织物漂白时,温度、助漂剂、双氧水和纯碱质量浓度对织物性能的影响。采用单因素试验方法,确定了两类低温助漂剂漂白优化工艺为:精练酶2.1 g/L,助漂剂0.6 g/L,双氧水(30%)11 g/L,纯碱0.5 g/L,80℃处理60 min。该工艺在保证棉织物白度的前提下,减少了纤维损伤,降低了能耗。
Two oxygen bleaching activators SQA and LTB-O1 are used to cotton fabric bleaching at low temperature. Effects of bleaching temperature, concentration of activator, hydrogen peroxide and soda ash on the properties of cotton including whiteness, capillary effect and strength are investigated. By using the single factor experiment method, it is found that the optimal bleaching processes for two activators are: scouring enzyme 2. l g/L, bleaching activator 0.6 g/L, 30% H2O2 11 g/L, Na2CO3 0.5 g/L, bleaching at 80 ℃ for 60 min. These low temperature processes can significantly reduce energy con- sumption and fiber damage with the same whiteness and capillary effect to those of traditional high temperature process.
