摘要 利用锰过氧化物酶对染料刚果红进行降解脱色试验。研究表明:锰过氧化物酶对染料刚果红的最佳脱色条件为H2O2添加量0.15mmol/L,pH5.5,反应温度40℃。 The experiment is Congo red decoloration by Mn-peroxidase. Research is indicated: The best decoloration condition is that H2O2 addition measures 0.15 mmol/L, pH5.5, reaction temperature 40℃.
