摘要
采用红外(IR)、核磁共振(1H NMR)和元素分析(EA),对合成的配体N,N',N″-三(亚水杨基氨乙基)胺(Saltren)及其锰配合物(Saltren-Mn)的结构进行验证,并将该锰配合物应用于双氧水低温浸渍漂白棉针织物。探讨了温度、pH值、稳定剂种类及浓度、配合物浓度、双氧水浓度和漂白时间等对漂白效果的影响,通过单因素试验得到优化工艺为:30%H2O28 g/L,配合物浓度10μmol/L,稳定剂PBTCA 0.5 g/L,精练剂ZJ-CH60 1 g/L,pH值10.5,浴比1∶20,温度70℃,时间60 min。经优化工艺处理后的织物白度可达60.21%,顶破强力保留率为88.13%。同样条件下,未加入配合物漂白的织物白度为54.37%,顶破强力保留率91.45%。
Ligand N, N, N-tris [ salicylideneaminoethyl] amine ( Saltren ) and its manganese complex (Saltren-Mn) are synthe sized and characterized by IR,H NMR and EA. Saltren-Mn is applied to cotton knits bleaching at low temperature as a catalyst. Influences of temperature, pH value, dosage and kind of stabilizers, concentrations of the complex and H202,as well as bleaching time on bleaching effects are investigated. The process are optimized through single factor experiments as follows: 30%H202 8 g/L,complex 10 mol/L, scouring agent ZJ-CH60 ] g/L, stabilizer PBTCA 0.5 g/L,pH value 10.5,liquor ratio 1:20, bleaching at 70 for 60 min. The treated fabrics feature 60.21% of whiteness and 88.13% of bursting strength, while those without Saltren-Mn feature 54.37% of whiteness and 91.45% of bursting strength.
